Cancellation Policy
Cancellation/ No- Show Policy for OTA & FIT Rooms: -
Non-arrival of the guest amounts to a no- show. Reservation must be cancelled 7 days prior to the planned date of arrival. In case of cancellation made within 7 days or a no-show, hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of the stay.
Cancellation/ No- Show Policy for Group Booking: -
Non-arrival of the guest amounts to a no- show. Reservation must be cancelled 60 days prior to the planned date of arrival. In case of cancellation made within 60 days or a no-show, hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of the stay.
Cancellation/ No- Show Policy for Wedding or social bookings: -
Wedding or social bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
